Programme

Further education plays an essential role in employee development within organisations. Based on my expertise in effective non-profit organisations, extensive experience in the sector and an understanding of common organisational needs, I have developed a training programme that is specifically tailored to the NPO sector. The trainings are generally designed for internal groups of 6 to 12 participants. They are customised to the task giver’s specific requirements for implementation. Please email me for details about the training content.

Training: Driving Ownership

What for? Planning processes in international NPOs and diverse NPO-networks usually go along with aiming to shape programmes or campaigns wholeheartedly owned and fully implemented by a diverse range of stakeholders. But how to do this? What does it take for the relevant stakeholders to ultimately own and realise the programme?

The planning processes of international NPOs and diverse NPO networks usually aim to shape programmes or campaigns that are fully owned and implemented by a diverse range of stakeholders. However, there are several key considerations to be addressed in order for this to be achieved. What steps must be taken to ensure that the relevant stakeholders ultimately own and realise the program?

This training provides an understanding of stakeholders’ needs and interests as well as a clear methodology, building on 25 years of experience and models from systems thinking, to create solid ownership and buy-in.
